ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The VLibras Suite consists of a set of open source computational tools, responsible for translating digital content (text, audio and video) into Brazilian Sign Language – LIBRAS, making computers, mobile devices and Web platforms accessible for deaf people.

DOSVOX is a system that communicates with the user through voice synthesis, thus enabling the use of computers by the visually impaired, who thus acquire a high degree of independence in study and work.
